9th Annual KILO CrushFest @ CrossFit Stimulus
SATURDAY, OCTOBER 5TH, 2024

Join our One Day, 2-Person Team Competition hosted by CrossFit Stimulus in Hampton, Virginia. 

Athletes from near and far will come together and put it all on the line in front of hundreds of spectators for a chance to be Crowned the 2024 KILO CrushFest Champions.

Athletes and spectators get to spread out and enjoy the 15,000 square foot CrossFit Playground at Stimulus and be a part of the action as athletes CRUSH IT in this all day, fun filled and energizing event!

Shop at our vendor village and enjoy delicious meals from the Colley Cantina Taco Truck!

Spectators- Come out and support your team and enjoy the part of CrossFit we all love most, the COMMUNITY!     

COMPETITION FORMAT

2 PERSON TEAM: Male/Male & Female/Female
RX, Intermediate, Novice Divisions

3 WODs plus Floater and Final WOD

Prizes awarded to the Top 3 Teams in each division
